本游戏是基于 Flare 引擎与游戏内容制作的独立修改版，不是 Flare 或 Diablo 的官方作品，也不表示获得原作者背书。
引擎和本项目代码修改遵守 GPL v3 或更高版本。仍使用的 Flare 美术、声音和数据遵守 CC BY-SA 3.0；相应改编按相同许可分享。字体采用 SIL OFL 1.1。原作者、完整条款及本版本对应源码可在下方查看和下载。
修改包括手机界面、地图、战士、美术压缩及翻译。本软件使用 FreeType。原始版权和第三方权利保留；无担保。
